DESCRIPTION
     Loader_$inquire_section supplies information on a section of the image on
     image_handle.

     image_handle
          An image handle.

     load_index
          An index into the image specifying the section to supply information
          for.  Calling loader_$inquire_section with a load_index of 0 gets
          information on the first section.

     section_info
          A record containing information about the section.

     status
          The completion status.
