NAME
     swapul - rearrange underlining

USAGE
     /etc/swapul

DESCRIPTION
     Swapul reads lines from standard input, rearranges underlin-
     ing so that underlines follow a character in the output
     stream (instead of being preceded by them), and writes the
     resulting text to standard output.
