PH (PAD_HORIZONTAL) -- Move pad horizontally by characters.
usage:  ph [-]n


FORMAT

  PH [-]n


  The PH command moves (scrolls) the pad horizontally under a window in units of
  characters.

  By default, the boxed horizontal arrow  keys  scroll  a  pad  in  10-character
  increments.


ARGUMENTS

  [-]n
  (required)

                     Specify   scrolling  increment  in  characters.    Positive
                     (unsigned) 'n' scrolls pad left; negative 'n'  scrolls  pad
                     right.
