PV (PAD_VERTICAL) *DM* -- Scroll pad vertically by lines.
usage: pv [+/-]n


FORMAT

  PV [+/-]n


  The PV command scrolls the pad vertically under a window in units of
  lines.  By default, the shifted up and down arrow keys on keyboard 2
  and the F2 and F3 function keys on keyboard 1 invoke this command,
  scrolling in 1-line units.


ARGUMENTS

  [+/-]n
  (required)       Specify scrolling increment in lines.  Positive 'n'
                   scrolls down; negative 'n' scrolls up.
