PH (PAD_HORIZONTAL) *DM* -- Move pad horizontally by characters.
usage: ph [+/-]n


FORMAT

  PH [+/-]n


  The PH command moves (scrolls) the pad horizontally under a window
  in units of characters.

  By default, the boxed arrow keys scroll a pad in 10-character increments.

ARGUMENTS

  [+/-]n
  (required)       Specify scrolling increment in characters.
                   Positive 'n' scrolls pad left; negative 'n'
                   scrolls pad right.
