arguments are specified, only the current entry is
changed. % specifies wildcard match. If proj and/or
org are omitted, wildcard is assumed for them. If any
arguments are given, the search begins at the top of
the file. Wildcarded fields are not eligible for
changing. You will be prompted for each new field
in order. CR causes a field to remain unchanged. To
specify a blank password, type one or more spaces or
a space between two quotes to the password prompt.
